ONE DAY. 80 LEADERS. PRACTICAL TOOLS. MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS.
As teams become more remote and distributed, the stakes are higher than ever to maximize the time and money invested in IRL gatherings.
Budgets are being scrutinized and the pressure is on to justify the cost of the investment.
A well-designed offsite creates connection, clarity, and momentum that lasts for months, or even years.
DON'T JUST LEARN ABOUT BETTER OFFSITES, EXPERIENCE ONE.
This is not a sit-and-listen conference. At The Offsite for Offsites, the day itself is the learning lab.
You’ll experience the same interactive formats, facilitation practices, and design principles you can use in your own offsites.
As the event unfolds, we’ll pull back the curtain on the choices behind the experience so you can understand what worked, why it worked, and how to adapt it for your own teams.
You'll exchange best practices and explore challenges with a room full of 80 organizational leaders and experienced offsite practitioners as you:
- Participate in innovative workshops by offsite pioneers who are changing the game
- Hear inspiring case studies from internal leaders who are innovating offsites
- Apply leading-edge design practices to immediately refresh and upgrade your toolkit
The day is curated and hosted by Jenny Sauer-Klein, a global leader in experience design who has designed and facilitated hundreds of high-impact offsites for organizations including Airbnb, Google, Genentech, Autodesk, and Cisco.

You'll leave ready to:
- Choose the right mix of relationship building, learning, and deep work for your offsite’s goals
- Transform passive presentations into formats that invite participation and action
- Build genuine connection without forced networking or tired team-building clichés
- Use space, pacing, transitions, and facilitation to strengthen engagement
- Apply practical tools and tested ideas to your next offsite immediately

OUR VENUE PARTNER

An environment designed to change how you think.
The context is part of the experience. We’ll gather at the Eames Institute's new Welcome Center, a space created to spark creative chain reactions, collaboration, community-building, and purposeful problem-solving
Located inside the Eames Archives, it is a space adjacent to more than 40,000 artifacts that have come from the legendary office and home of midcentury designers Ray and Charles Eames. The event here includes guided tours throughout the day that underscore how intentional design shapes the way people think, work, and connect—posing the same questions that we will be exploring in our own offsite.
